Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–29 business days (may vary by country)

  • Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your package anytime using the carrier’s tracking page.

4. Shipping Destinations

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or customs processing.

6. Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges to be resent.
